- Define project timelines, scope and objectives with internal and Client project teams
- Develop project risk mitigation strategies
- Define critical path items during study start-up
- Develop a resource contingency plan in concert with REGISTRAT-MAPI functional management
- Define roles and responsibilities, and establish performance metrics
- Encourage and support team synergy, quality, and mutually rewarding research partnerships
