Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in a Biological or Physical Science (MM or similar graduate degree preferred). Minimum of 10 years experience in the clinical or research industry (including 5 years in a Training role within a transnational organization) is preferred. Bi-lingual (English and French). The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal, communication, analytical, presentation and problem-solving skills. Technical skills include, but are not limited to, proficiency with MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, Outlook, Visio and knowledge of various LMS and eLearning software development tools and resources.
Responsibilities

In collaboration with the Area Learning & Development Advisory Committees, establish professional learning curricula in the areas of Site Managment, Site Monitoring, Data Management, Biometrics, and Project Management as well as related areas across the global landscape of the company.

Manage the determinatino and selection and effectiveness of delivery platforms and SMEs.

Manage the development and currency of Training material.

Assure that all Training Records and required documentation are properly maintained and secured, including the establishment and maintenance of a global skills & competency database.

Coordinate and assure the effectiveness of New Employee Orientation.

Coordinate and assure the effectiveness of required recurrent training.

Establish and manage a Learning Resources Centre.

Manage function within approved budget.
