Requirements

B achelor's Degree plus 2-3 years related CRO Clinical or Operations experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.  Proposal Development experience is preferred.  Strong customer service, interpersonal, communication, problem-solving and negotiation skills.  Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to communicate complex business issues to all levels of the organization.  Excellent analytical, financial and time management skills.  Strong knowledge of MS Offices, specifically MS Excel and MS Word.  Demonstrated ability to work well within the team model, pro-actively communicated, and optimize team productivity.  Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.  Demonstrated ability to handle challenging situations, multiple tasks and conflicting deliverables while maintaining motivation of teams across numerous projects.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Serve as primary liaison and support contact to the Business Development Directors and Manager, Client Services for all client questions and concerns related to the proposal and RFI documents.

  • Independently researches pertinent information to be incorporated into the proposal documents.

  • Collect input from operational groups and project vendors for development of project proposals.

  • Prepare error free draft proposal documents for the business development team to review on schedule to meet client delivery timelines.

  • Ensure an exemplary level of service is maintained to both external and internal clients.

  • Identify and resolve problems related to the production of proposals and internal process.

  • Track the status of all RFP's and RFI's through triage, feasibility, and transition to the project team.

  • Maintain an up-to-date Proposal Register including all RFP's and RFI's in processing.

  • Enter and maintain information in the client management database.

  • Revise final proposal budgets and service description to reflect agreed up specifications.
