Statistical Programmer Analyst I

Summary:
Perform SAS programming of analysis data sets, tables, listings and graphs in support of Statistical Analysis Plans/Data Analysis Plans, collaboration with statisticians and data managers, ad-hoc requests from internal and external clients, metrics reporting and payments for Phase IIIB/IV studies, registries and other late phase projects.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Natural Science or a Social Science field with the equivalent of a minor in statistics. Entry level to two (2) years of CRO/Pharmaceutical experience utilizing SAS software as a data manipulation or reporting tool.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for designing, developing, validating and documenting SAS programs to analyze data. Create summary tables, listings and graphs in support of Statistical Analysis Plan for pharmaceutical studies.
- Responsible for assisting in the development and review of Statistical Analysis plans and programming specifications.
- Responsible for assisting with implementing protocols and CRFs, develop data analyses and write statistical methodology sections for study reports.
- Responsible for assisting data management in development and programming of edit specifications and providing peer review, validation and quality assurance of data analyses.
- Responsible for for providing data transfers to clients as specified.
- Responsible for providing accurate and timely status updates to other team members and supervisor.
